Cancellations received before December 31st 2011: Full refund, less a cancellation fee of NOK 350.
Cancellation received after January 1st 2012: No refund

Accomodation:
Cancellation received before December 31st 2011: Full refund, less a cancellation fee of NOK 350.

THE SHIP:

FAQ:

• I have registered for the conference. Will I receive a confirmation?
  When you register, you have to include an e-mail address. An automatic confirmation is sent to this address when you submit your registration. If you haven't reveiced this confirmation, it may have been stopped by a spam filter, or the e-mail address entered may have been incorrect. If you need a copy of your registration confirmation, please contact post@kongress.no, and a copy will be sent to you.

• I have registered for the conference. How can I pay?
  When registrering you can choose between paying by credit card, or to get an invoice. The invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address at a later time. If you did not receive your booking confirmation, please contact post@kongress.no, so we can correct your registered information.

• I have received the invoice, and would like to pay by credit card. Is this possible?
  Yes. We can process VISA/MasterCard/EuroCard. We can not process American Express, Diners, etc. To pay by credit card, contact post@kongress.no for further instructions.

• When does the ship depart from Kirkenes/Tromsø, and when does it arrive in Bergen?
  The ship departs from Kirkenes on April 12th at 12:30 CET (GMT +1)
  The arrives in Tromsø on April 13th at 23:45, and will depart again 1 hour 45 minutes later, at 01:30.
  The ship arrives in Bergen on April 17th, at 14:30.
