Registration fee

Early Bird registration until April 7 2010
Delegate:  NOK 17.000 (≈2.000€, taxes included) 

Registration from April 8 2010:
NOK 19.550 (≈2300€, taxes included)

Including:
• Participation in sessions
• Social program and technical visit
• Congress documents
• Accommodation from 30 May to 2 June

Accompanying person: NOK 4.250 (≈500€) including
• Social program and technical visit
• Tour May 31 and June 1
• Accommodation from 30 May to 2 June

The Congress registration desk and hostesses will be available at the hotel/ congress venue all days.

Important note:
The Eurovision Song Contest 2010 is taking place in Oslo May 25-29 and will strain the accommodation opportunities.
It is therefore recommended that you make your reservation at the earliest convenience.

Extended accommodation
If you require your hotel room in Oslo before the congress (until Sunday May 30th) and/or after the congress (from Wednesday June 2nd), the extra nights must be booked on registration and payment for these nights must be included in the fee, see registration form.
Other hotel expenses must be settled directly with the hotel before departure. Please note that hotel capacity in Oslo in May is limited, and as the Eurovision Song Contest is held in Oslo this year the capacity is already strained.

Payment
Payment is to be settled upon registration. If payment is not made, the registration form will not be processed. Payment must be made in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
