The 38th ASECAP Study and Information Days will take place in Oslo from Sunday 30 May to Wednesday 2 June 2010.

The Radisson Blu Plaza, northern Europe’s highest hotel, is situated in the city centre, and offers breathtaking views of Oslo and the Oslo Fjord from its 34th floor.
The hotel is located right next door to the Central Station and the Airport Express Train.
All the delegates will be staying there. 
All hotel reservations must be made through the congress organiser.

Important note:
The Eurovision Song Contest 2010 is taking place in Oslo May 25-29 and will strain the accommodation opportunities.
It is therefore recommended that you make your reservation at the earliest convenience. 

Languages
The official languages of the conference are French and English. 
The hosts, hotel personnel and congress organisers all have English as their main foreign language.

Travel
There is easy access to Oslo by air, sea, railway or by car. Major airlines such as Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), Norwegian, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, KLM and other carriers have daily non-stop flights from major cities in Europe. Oslo can be reached from all continents via Copenhagen. 
Oslo’s international airport, Oslo Lufthavn Gardermoen, is one of the most modern airports in Europe, situated 50 km from the city centre.
The Airport Express Train links the airport to the city centre in 19 minutes at a cost of NOK 170 (20€). The walking distance from the arrival hall to the train station is less than 200 m. Departures every 10 minutes, every 20 minutes during the evening. 
The Airport Bus links the airport to the city centre in approx 40 minutes at a cost of NOK 140 (16,5€). Short walking distance. Departures every 15 minutes.
Airport Taxi, special fare, contact the Taxi Information desk in the arrival hall and ask for “Airport Taxi”. Prices are between NOK 700 and 900(80-100€); the trip will take approx. 35 minutes. The regular taxi stand is on the arrival level outside the terminal building.

There will be hostesses to guide you at Gardermoen Airport as well as at the Central Station, Oslo S.
