There will be an exhibition area directly outside the conference hall, as part of the social area for coffee breaks and next to the lunch restaurant.

Exhibitors are welcome!

A standard exhibitors fee of NOK 20.000 (approx €2.445) includes:
•  Space: 3x2 metres (6 m2)
•  1 table, 2 chairs
•  Access to power
•  Access to WiFi
•  Lunch and coffee breaks during the conference
•  Access to the Cocktail reception Sunday May 30

Tickets to the conference dinners will be available at NOK 4.000 (approx.€470) per person
It is also possible to be represented as a sponsor (Diamond/ Gold/ Silver).

Accommodation can be booked by contacting Kongress & Kultur AS at media@kongress.no. Accommodation is not included in the fee.

Payment
Payment will be settled by invoice sent by e-mail upon registration/ confirmation of booked stand. Payment must be made in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
It is also possible to pay by credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Eurocard).

Please contact media@kongress.no for further information. Kongress & Kultur AS claims the right to decide the initial distribution of stands to registered exhibitors, yet to a certain extent ruled by the principle of “first seated first served”.
